Bunira™ offers ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and customized fashion products. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

Actual colours may vary due to screen settings or photography.
Minor variations in embroidery, weaving, prints, dyeing, and handcrafted work are natural.
Measurements may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping

Ready products are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days.
Customized or made-to-order products require additional processing time.
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout.
Bunira is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges. Delivery delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

A wrong product is delivered.
The product is damaged during transit.
There is a manufacturing defect.

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

Customized, altered, stitched, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Customized or production-started orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Size & Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Bunira is not liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements, body changes, or personal fit preferences.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use this website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Misuse or copy website content.
Submit false or misleading information.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bunira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, courier delays, or natural variations in handcrafted products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
