Refund policy

We, at Bunira™, want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged.
Wrong product has been delivered.
Product has a manufacturing defect.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition and packaging.
Have all original tags attached.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale, discounted, or clearance products.
Customized, altered, personalized, stitched, or made-to-order products.
Products returned due to change of mind.
Products where the customer ordered the wrong size, colour, design, or variant.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or through UPI/bank transfer where applicable, within 10 business days.

Bank or payment gateway processing times may result in additional delays.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to a wrong product, damage, or manufacturing defect attributable to Bunira, return shipping will be arranged by us or reimbursed as applicable.

Returns for any other reason, where accepted at our discretion, may be subject to return shipping charges.
